By purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms:

 

Shipping & Delivery

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your item ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Coaching Appointments

All coaching sessions are by appointment only. Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may be rescheduled at the discretion of the coach. Please contact us at DrSuzanne@SuzanneMHoward.com or text (860) 222-9884 to manage your sessions.

 

Digital Downloads

All digital products and downloadable resources (e.g., eBooks, workbooks, printable PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us for assistance.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on physical items of order made incorrectly from order forms only, within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are not issued for digital products or completed coaching sessions.

 

Privacy Policy

We collect your information (such as name, email, address) to process orders and provide service. Your data is stored securely and never sold or shared. You may request to update or delete your information at any time.
