Mental Health Coaching is not to be confused with therapy. Not everyone needs therapy, mental health coaching does not treat mental illness, instead it takes a holistic approach to people dealing with issues such as being stuck somewhere in life, feeling depressed, anger, anxiety, lack of motivation, etc., and to discover your purpose and meaning in life and to thrive again!
