Mental Health Coaching, not to be confused with therapy, mental health coaching takes a holistic approach to dealing with issues of mental health and helps the client rediscover their sense of purpose and meaning in life to regain their will to take on the challenges of life and thrive in the world.
We do this... by taking on a holistic approach to people dealing with issues from feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, fear, insecurities, low self confidence, low self-esteem, self-awareness, things that attack our motivation.
